Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page — we never see or store your card. Stripe tells us your name, your email and, for a print, where it ships. We use them to deliver your edition, send your download links and certificate, and pass a print order to our print partner, Prodigi, who ships it.
We keep your email and your message so we can answer and, if you buy, invoice you.
One first-party cookie, ac99_ft, remembers how you first found the site — the post or ad — for 90 days. It stays on your device and is only read when you send us an enquiry or start a checkout: it adds a short source tag (for example “instagram, post, canvas-06”) to your enquiry or to the Stripe checkout link, so we know which post led to a sale. The tag holds no name, email or identifier.
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel sets cookies and tells Meta which pages you view and whether you open a canvas, start a checkout or send an enquiry. When you buy, our store tells Meta the order value and a hashed (one-way scrambled) copy of your email and address details, so Meta can match the sale to an ad. Meta’s use of that information is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Change what ads Meta shows you in Meta’s ad preferences. Block third-party cookies or turn on tracking protection in your browser and the pixel stops. Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — and, if you ask, leave your purchases out of what our store reports to Meta.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it. This site is not directed at children under 13.
